This comic wasn’t in my script, but I realized I had an extra day and we hadn’t had a good transformation sequence yet. Rather embarrassing when my first webcomic was El Goonish Shive ten years ago. (Yikes, has it really been that long?)
Bet you didn’t see this coming! John actually being the bigger man (figuratively speaking) and putting aside his hatred for Communism. Oh, and Nikki apparently being the result of a Commie experiment. That’s probably significant too.

The Communist comic linked above is in the top ten of all comics I have made. It still makes me laugh.
The standing in the raft joke was a last-minute add-in that makes me smile, as I have spent a good chunk of my life at a Scout camp with a lake and have capsized a few times.

I was quite pleased with how this comic turned out, in terms of both dialogue and art. I even managed to make the Mulinix Hall nameplate visible!
