It’s Doctor Who parody time! In case it isn’t clear, Percy is dressed as the Second Doctor with his recorder, Jorocks is dressed at the Fourth Doctor with his sonic screwdriver, and Matt Smith is dressed as the Eleventh Doctor with his screwdriver.
